Shopify’s monorail analytics request blocking the cart button to add items to the cart

Hi,

Basically the issue here is that the cart button in my Shopify sotre is being blocked and users are no able to continue the buy flow, the issue seems to be a Shopify’s monorail analytics request that is being blocked, we’ve tried testing in incognito, disabling extensions, and clearing cache and doesn’t seem to work.

I’ve tried contacting Shopify support but they told me that it was an issue with the Shopify theme. The theme in use is the Minimog theme.

I’ve tried contacting them directly but haven’t gotten an answer.

Any help to resolve this issue and to pinpoint who or what is the main culprit of the issue (something related to shopify or the theme itself) would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

I had a quick look at your shop that you linked but I cannot seem to reproduce the issue you mention. I am only seeing 200s for monorail requests and I am able to successfully add products to the cart. Could this be caused by your browser or some browser extension? Have you tried using a different browser? Please share more information if the issue persists.
