Shopify POS Cart Extension is not clickable

Hi,

I have a client using the Shopify POS cart extension. After adding the extension to the tile and attaching a customer to the cart, the extension shows available promotions, but they’re grayed out and not clickable.

For other clients, after adding a customer and an item to the cart, the tile becomes clickable, allowing the selection of different promotions. The app is in the latest verson.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this issue?

Hi Lei - if this is something only one merchant is seeing, then it’s likely something with their set up. Does the retail user have permissions to use the app? This is granted in Admin.
