A customer of ours got this message but we use the latest version of POS UI Extensions (2025.04.0).
It doesn’t let our customers to use our extensions, and it also make our brand look bad.
Hi @nirtayeb, are there any reproduction steps provided by your customer regarding this issue? Is this happening frequently? On POS version / API versions?
As temporary workarounds, I suggest either re-adding the tile or restarting the app. We appreciate your patience as we work to understand the severity of this issue.
They just try to open the tile. I can share with you merchant information on Slack DM’s if it could help
