Shopify-Skyvia Integration: Missing Addresses from Customer Entity

Hello, team.

I’m from Skyvia support. We have a client, who has an issue with Skyvia-Shopify integration and I would like to ask you for help.

Our client needs to get information from the Shopify Customer Entity, but there is no response from the Shopify API about DefaultAddress_Address1, DefaultAddress_Address2, First Name, and Last Name.

Our developers informed that for some reason, Shopify is not providing us with these fields.

Our client has already contacted Shopify regarding the issue and was asked to send the API ID of Skyvia App, but we don’t have any on our side. He is not using OAuth2 or Skyvia App, but rather the Admin API Access Token. We can provide only API call log from our side and our client already sent you that log.

Could you please help to resolve the issue? Is it possible to raise a support ticket by email? Please let us know if you need any additional information from our side.
