I’ve got this article while searching for solution. It seems related to the issue but I’m still stuck at Contact Provider step since there’s no response after submited.
I’ve come across that article too. Something is definitely going on, but I’ve only dealt with incompetent/clueless support, and as expected both sides trying to send me to the other side for answers. It’s unresolved as far as I’m concerned.
I found that the store is not eligible for subscription migration. I guess that is the reason for the Install button disabled. However I don’t find out which documentations telling about how to config store to Merchant eligibility for subscriptions. Any help?
I’m afraid that this is not a full of requirements. My store has installed Subscriptions apps and created selling plans as well but the ‘eligibleForSubscriptions‘ is still false.
