Short description of issue

I just added Services to the navigation and a submenu under it and the styling is just not appearing right.

I have been editing render.css I have tried so many different fixes and no matter what I try I can not get rid of the full white bar that goes across the screen when it drops down. Is there another place where this can be causing the issue I feel like I have tried everything
