Sunsetting my app

Hi,

I want to sunset an app and started a discussion with Shopify Partner Support on 12th November and followed all steps of Sunsetting your app.

Now Shopify Partner Support forwarded the request to “Partner Governance team” on 12th November itself and they insist that I wait for their revert before deleting code from my servers but there has been no reply from them since 12th November. What should I do?

The best thing to do in this case would be to reply to the Partner Governance team again for an update. That team is not active on this forum so you’ll need to connect with them via the existing email correspondence.

Thanks Liam. I am only connected to support and not Partner Governance team. I have following up with support but they only tell me to wait for partner governance to reply. My ticket id is 52322214. Is there a way to reach to partner governance directly?
