Theme app Extension Block Name Updates when I select the Collection in the schema. Any Help would be greatly appreciated

Are you the developer of the app?

I’m not quite sure about app blocks, but normal blocks has a dynamic “block title” based off value fields from certain input ids. My guess would be it’s the same for app blocks.

The schema for app blocks and app embed blocks is similar to the theme section schema. It supports the following attributes, some of which are unique to app blocks and app embed blocks:
