Files in assets folder are not triggering changes on shopify urls
Reproduction steps
Make change to file in assets folder (index.css, index.js, etc)
Changes are not replicated on myshopify.com urls
Additional info
Every store across my partner dashboard has stopped updating when files in the assets folder are changed. This only appears to happen on myshopify.com urls where as http://127.0.0.1:9292/ works fine.
Even if I make the changes in the customerizer, the code is updated however the theme does not take changes. I also had one client call in and mention their store reverted to previous styles.
Started happening mid/late last week. All other directories seem to update as far as I can tell.
