Hello Everyone,
I created a custom app in my partner dashboard as well as in my development store. After completing the OAuth process, I received an access token. With this access token, I can perform CRUD operations on the development store using the API configured with ngrok.
Next, I created a merchant install link within my app and shared it with another Shopify store. When I clicked on that link, I found that after using my original store link for the OAuth process, it redirected to the specified store, but the install button was disabled.

If you enabled Allow multi-store install for one Plus organization, you can install custom app on other stores that belong to the same Plus organization.
If you didn’t enable this, your app can’t be installed on other stores.

i already enabled it , and also let the user to click it

yes this is the store , i tried to connect - bcacs-q0.myshopify.com
This is not a development store i created in my partners dashboard for testing ! , bcacs-q0.myshopify.com is my personal paid shopify store
