I am trying to send a collabration request to my client’s store but when I search store link it show me “Unable to find store.” even store is online. How to fix it?
Hey @Anees_Khan673! For collaborator access requests, use the store’s permanent myshopify.com domain in Dev Dashboard > Stores > Request store access. If you entered a custom domain, retry with the permanent domain. The collaborations guide covers the request steps.
Also confirm that your Partner organization user has permission to manage collaborations. You’ll usually need the merchant’s four-digit collaborator request code, unless your organization has an app installed on the store.
If the form still shows “Unable to find store,” please don’t post the store URL or other store-specific details here. Visit Shopify Partner Support, log in, and select Chat with a human so the team can review the issue in an authenticated session. Hope this helps!
