We’re trying to sync Shopify order statuses with our app, for example, sending the tracking number from our app to the Shopify store once it’s created, and updating the status (shipped, delivered, fulfilled, etc.) accordingly. However, this sync isn’t working as expected.
The current issue is that a Fulfillment Order (FO) isn’t being created when a new order is generated in our shop. Could you please help us understand why the FO isn’t being created?
