Unsupported message - "products/create Admin • Webhook" Last Detected time? (Solved)

Hi there,

Even though we’ve already made adjustments to how we handle the Product/Create webhook in our app, we’re still seeing this message in our app dashboard - specifically with the “Last Detected” date continuing to be updated.

However, we can’t tell what this Last Detected date indicates…is this simply tracking when product/create webhooks are being sent to our app; or is it also indicating that it’s still seeing an issue with one of the deprecations on our end (which shouldn’t be the case)?

Basically, we’re trying to figure out if this will go away at some point as it’s primarily a notification; or if this is actually indicating there’s still an issue with how our app is handling these webhooks as we receive them?

Hi we had the same issue recently and didnt realise that there is a setting on your app page in configuration where you have to change the webhook version once we changed this it fixed for us. Hope that helps:
