We have a published app, and we would like to update its Geographic Requirements by adding a few countries to the ones we have currently selected.
Would such a change be applied immediately, or would it require the app to be reviewed by Shopify staff first?

I don’t believe updating a Geography will trigger a new review.
However if you decide to publish a new listing for a specific locale, then each new listing I believe will require a review.
Those would be created under the Distribution area in your app in the Partner Dashboard. But that would require you to translate all screenshots, videos and text in order to publish.
But if you’re simply restricting which geographies can install your English listed app for example, then that shouldn’t require a new review.
