URGENT - Notice: This app may not work as expected

We have received red notice in our few of merchant’s stores only.

Can anyone from Shopify team point out us due to which reason this red notice appear?

Few stores as below.

The same red warning disappear from this store currently. We did not make any change from our side in the app.

Is this temporary issue from shopify ?

This most likely is not a Shopify issue, you’ll need to contact the app developers to check the logs/review the code on their side.

We are only the developers for this app. That warning removed automatically from the given store & we did not make any change in it.

so we believe it might be from shopify side temporary issue.

Does this mean the warning is no longer showing? When you look in to your app health report in your partner dashboard do you have any warnings?

If not, also check with the owner of your partner organization and the listed emergency developer with your app to see if they received any emails recently regarding your app status.

If all of those checks come up with nothing, reach out to our support teams directly so they can look in to it.

Red warning is no logner available in any store at this place now: “Settings > Apps and sales channels > Simprosys Google Shopping Feed”.

Also checked app dashboard there is no warning related to this.

We just wanted to know that what could be the reason behind that warning under “Settings > Apps and sales channels > Simprosys Google Shopping Feed”?

It was in few stores only not all as mentioned in my earlier thread.

Thanks for confirming that. I would recommend reaching out to our support teams directly to look in to what was triggering that alert. If you can share your app ID and specific timestamps on when you were first alerted to this and when it was resolved that will give them more details to help investigate.
