Webhook data receiving problem

when a customer places the order, i get all the details of the customer on the shopify dashboard like name, mobile number, etc. But i couldn’t get Full Name and Mobile Number of the customer using webhook in my automation service. I used to recieve both of these when the store was on development store. But after transfer it to new email address, i can’t get these details.

I’ve tried building new app in shopify develop app, tried a new webhook url.
but it didn’t help.
i don’t even know what causing this.

Looking at your post here, it sounds like you may not have access to the protected customer data. You can request that in the partner dashboard. Also, this data isn’t available to stores on the basic plan so it could be that too:
