Why the payment method has not been moved

I’m using Payment customization function. Here is the output of the function but the payment method hasn’t been moved. Please help me check

I resolved that problem because the store is in US and not the Plus plan

Thanks for solving this out @Mankiw and for sharing the link. You’re correct this occurred since they weren’t on the Plus plan.
