Currently webhook payloads are from the REST API.
But since its being phased out by April 1st, would GraphQL payloads be sent instead?

The webhook payloads are not impacted by the April 1st deadline, but we are planning to migrate the webhook payloads to GraphQL. I don’t have an ETA to share on this right now, but keep an eye on our changelog for updates: Recent changes to Shopify’s platform
