Hi,
I’m working on creating an extension for a payments app in Shopify. For this, my app needs to use the write_payment_gateways scope. However, when I attempt to use this scope, I encounter the following error:
“Version couldn’t be created.
app-access
Validation errors
• scopes: write_payment_gateways, read_payment_gateways”
Hey @Seiffoudine_Mogne I believe Shopify needs to manually give your app extension permissions to use the write_payment_gateways scope. Has this been done already?

The requirements for creating a payments app are found here: Get approved for payments
To build a payments app you first need to be a Payments Partner, then you’ll be granted access to Shopify’s payments ecosystem.
