502 error plus shopify CLI latest update

Reproduction steps

I’ve been having an error when connecting my CLI to the store. It shows a 502 Gateway error. Every time I make a change, the error appears, and I have to reload multiple times. I updated my CLI, so the error appears less often, but it’s still happening.

Recently, my CLI released a new update. After updating, messages keep appearing in my editor’s terminal, for example:

12:22:57 Synced » update sections/main-order.liquid
12:22:58 Synced » update sections/instagram-newsfeed.liquid

These messages keep appearing repeatedly, and the 502 Gateway error has been appearing almost continuously for the past two weeks.

I’ve already updated my CLI, Node.js, and Git, and I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the theme. I need help!

Hey if it keeps saying files are being synced and overwritten (and you’re on Windows) you should downgrade to the previous minor version of the CLI. A patch will be coming up soon that should fix it.
