Going into our 4th year on the app store and last year we saw that our BFS review was timed for October which was when we first launched our app.
Since then we have been lucky to grow and pick up many merchants - but this also makes October one of the worst possible times to have a review, when we are in a code freeze.
Last year there was an exception made but would rather set the review for January or July. Really any time that we aren’t in a code freeze and having to chose between supporting customers or addressing new feedback.
