Hey @daryl , Are you receiving these emails via the contact surfaces in Shopify, or are they direct emails to your support email (assuming they are likely scraped from the public app listings)? I’m happy to pass on these suggestions for you.

Hey @KyleG-Shopify , They used to mostly come directly to the support email (scraped from the app store listing I’m guessing). Now, more frequently coming in via the contact form on the listing or fake stores installing and contacting that way. Cheers!
