Any obvious reasons why the automated embedded app checks will not execute during app publishing process?

Here are the pertinent facts:

Installed the app using prescribed Oauth, the embedded
Created in react + polaris, using app bridge provider, latest cdn.
using authenticatedFetch to make requests to the backend.

Still, these automated tests will not execute:
