I am trying to activate my custom payment app on my store, but it is not activating even after successfully redirecting from the configuration page of my app. If there are any steps I can take to resolve this issue, please let me know so that I can fix it.

I’m trying to activate my Payment App through the API at ( PaymentGateway - REST ) after returning from the configuration page. However, my gateway isn’t activating, and I’m receiving an incorrect response from the API. When I open the provided URL in Postman, it shows a Shopify technical issue on the page.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? I’ve attached screenshots for clarification.

This API won’t be accessible unless you’re a Payments Partner.

Yes, we are an approved partner and have access to the Shopify APIs. My previous issue regarding the activation of the payment gateway has been resolved.
Currently, I am experiencing a new issue with redirecting to my offsite payment page. When I place an order through my payment app, it does not redirect to the offsite payment page and instead returns an error (please see the attached screenshot for clarification).
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Since this is an unusual API in that it’s only available by invitation by our internal teams, your best option for getting support on this API would be to reach out directly to the Shopify staff that granted you access to the Payments API. This API is not in scope for this forum.
