App review pending 3+ weeks

Hi App Review team,

Our app “Chuck AI” was submitted over 3 weeks ago and is still in the “We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission” stage. We haven’t received any feedback or action items.

• Largest Contentful Paint (LCP): < 2.5 seconds
• Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS): < 0.1
• Interaction to Next Paint (INP): < 200 milliseconds
• Embedded in the Shopify admin
• Uses session token authentication

Could you provide an update on the review timeline or let us know if anything is needed from our side to move this forward?

Our application has been pending since February 26th. A reviewer was assigned on April 6th; following their feedback on two minor issues, we submitted the fixes on April 7th. Unfortunately, we are still awaiting a response.
