We are having an issue where a customer cannot checkout using her Apple Pay account. No matter which address she selects, she gets the message “[SHOP NAME] does not deliver to your delivery address“. We have checked the address and the formatting appears to be correct, and it is also an address that we ship to.
Is there a way to resolve this quickly or is there potentially a formatting issue not documented?

It sounds like you’ll need to contact Shopify Support directly for this at help.shopify.com
They’ll be able to check the logs to see what’s happening for this specific customer.
We’re getting similar reports from multiple stores as well, have asked them to raise with Shopify directly.
What we’re seeing
With express checkout buttons (apple pay, google pay), all addresses says ‘invalid’
We do not see any CCS requests to the app for such orders
Issue does not present when using flat rates within Shopify’s settings directly
Works if using these payment methods from the actual checkout page
Timeframe
Last week or so, seems to coincide with the latest shopify shipping setting updates
