Hey Guys!
We’ve started seeing a very weird issue on one of our client stores where after applying a discount code, the entire checkout page glitches. Doesn’t let you enter address and becomes insanely slow and glitchy and the worst part is even if the customer somehow manages to reach till the payment step even with the glitches the “Buy now” button just doesn’t do anything.
Can confirm that the checkout process is smooth without the discount code. We’re clueless and unable to understand why this would happen. Can also confirm this was working perfectly fine till a recently.
Hi, I’m afraid it’s going to be very hard to debug this issue without additional details. Can you reach out to support with specifics (which shop(s), reproduction steps, ideally a video demonstrating the problem, when it started happening, etc) so they can engage our development team to investigate?

Thanks so much for getting back. I’ve already submitted the video and talking to a plus specialist as we speak. I just hope we’re able to get to a solution asap.
There is another bug we’re connected with plus support on (this bug has nothing to do with our app) and the ticket has been open for a week now. The bug has been replicated and we were told the investigation was in progress. I absolutely love Shopify and everything about it - It’s just that the plus support has been really slow in addressing merchant queries that don’t even anything to do with any app integrations at all.

We were able to work with the merchant and figure out the issue. It had to do with their complex store setup. Nothing on Shopify’s end. They’re still waiting to get their other issue resolved though.
