Hey I have this error on on a customers checkout extension but couldn’t reproduce it on my dev store. I was able to add the checkout extension even if no discount was active. Also the customer has active discount codes that can be used.

Is this happening on just this one merchants store, or all stores that are not your own dev store?
It’s just happening on this specific store I think. At least we see other stores having it on and no one else complained about it so far.
I couldn’t find anything about this topic in the docs, discord or forums etc.

No, there’s still the same issue and it seems that more and more brands have that issue. I haven’t been able to resolve that and customers are complaining about it cause they can’t use our app and are paying for it. How can I fix it?
