Backfill request for read_publications scope didn't applied for me

We submitted the form to update the read_publications a few weeks ago, something like 3 weeks ago. But I checked now for our existing clients and I don’t have the new read_publications permissions.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Is there something I might be missing?
