Billing team not responding - paiement delayed

Hello everyone,

i’m an app developper

i’ve been waiting for my paiement for 2 months +

every time the date for paiement approches, the paiement date keeps getting delayed.

No one from shopify answers, the customer service says “the billing team is on it”. But it has been 2 months !
My company is at risk. What should we do ?
