Built for Shopify: Week of Silence After App team installed / reviewed - Is this normal?

Hey everyone,

We’re in the final stages of the Built for Shopify approval process for our app Flare and seeking some community insight.

Our experience so far:

  • We’ve gone through several rounds of review with the team
  • Addressed all requested amendments in our latest submission (sent 14 days ago)
  • Observed the review team installing and testing our app 7 days ago

Typically, we receive feedback shortly after the review team tests our app. However, it’s been a week without any communication.

Is this silent period normal in the final stages of approval? We’re wondering if this indicates we’re close to completion, or if perhaps there’s been an oversight and our feedback email has been missed.

Any insights from developers who’ve recently gone through this process would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Alex_Hooper, or anyone else reading this, this is normal. I submitted two apps and had to wait a week for a feedback email in some review rounds.
