I’m looking for if I can modify self return page with app embed block. Is there a way to do it? I searched it in community and checked the dev page but I couldn’t find any answer

Would this be a page that’s part of the customer account flow? If so, you might need to look into customer accounts extensions: Building apps for customer accounts

I’m not sure if it is part of customer account flow because it is served under Shopify domain like

I’ve connected with the team that owns this space and they’ve confirmed it’s not possible to extend the existing self serve return page. However you could disable the app that generates that page, and replace it with a new one that uses a full page extension:
