When we use xxx.myshopify.com/admin/api/2025-04/orders.json, we cannot get full address in shipping_address.
Did you apply for Protected Customer Data access?
You’ll need to apply for accessing sensitive PII in orders and customers in order to access those details.
You should also look at moving over to GraphQL as REST is now deprecated.
