I’m an owner for our partner account but I can’t seem to access the dev dashboard: Accessing dev.shopify.com/dashboard/ shows a 403 forbidden error Hitting “Apps” on the partner dashboard does not show a “Start using your dev dashboard” link Am I missing a step?

Your organization has probably not been migrated yet. If you are still seeing your apps in the Partners Dashboard then you have not been migrated.

Looks like this was a temporary issue while the migration process was taking place, and seems like you have access now:
