Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my store’s checkout button. It works in some browsers but does not work in others, and sometimes the URL does not redirect to checkout. I suspect this may be caused by caching or outdated scripts.

Could you please advise:

How can I clear Shopify’s cache or force all customers to load the latest scripts?

Are there any apps or recommended methods to fix this issue without asking each customer to clear their browser?

This doesn’t answer your question but have you tried it after disabling all browser extensions?
