Hi I have tried to collaborate with a client but and they’ve shared me their collaborator code of their store is active on our dev dashboard however when we click on the store the pages just goes in a continuous loop it doesn’t bring out the store and we’ve tried troubleshooting we’ve tried incognito and we’ve tried using another browser, clearing cache, using another device but it’s still not working. Can anyone help please
