I’m a bit confused as to how the new dev dashboard will change my current development flow. I’m not an app developer but I develop custom integrations for client stores and I’ve always used the custom app option where you select scopes and you’re given a shopify access token.
My flow is typically like this.

Hey @EcomGraduates - thanks for reaching out. At the moment, the Next Gen Dev Dashboard shouldn’t affect your flow (we do recommend migrating to it though, more info here).
That said, that error there can pop up if you’re trying to create an app on a transferrable development shop. If you’re using a test and build dev shop or a live production shop, the custom app flow should still work the same way for the time being.
Let me know if you’re seeing that error pop up on a live shop or a test and build shop though, and I’d be happy to dig into things further for you for sure.
