Hello
My company uses the Learn Upon connector to collect information from Shopify purchases, automatically create accounts in Learn Upon, and register users.
Recently, the connection failed, and I was told to uninstall and reinstall the custom app for Learn Upon in Shopify. I was attempting to do this, but there are specific settings I am supposed to configure per the instructions on Learn Upon that I do not find in the app configurations.
Even after installing it to see if it works, I cannot see the app in the installed list - it just stays in the development section.
Any help with this would be appreciated. I am not a developer - just someone who does occasional tasks in Shopify - so I don’t have much expertise and rely on the instructions. I have already spoken to support, and they sent me the message here.

Hey Amanda, welcome!
It sounds like they advised you to configure the app in your admin directly. In that case, the app itself will always only be shown in the development section. Only apps created through a partner account will show in the app list.
From there, if there are other instructions that are required, Learn Upon would be best equipped to guide you through that.

Thanks for the quick response. I’m happy to understand why the app doesn’t show up in the list. That’s one part of my problem solved
