Dissatisfaction with the plugin review

Hello, everyone. This situation is starting to get frustrating. I submitted a plugin for review a month ago and still haven’t heard back. I’ve been a Shopify Partner for 3 years and a Shopify customer for 6 years. After more than 2 years of development on this startup, I’m now faced with the review team being over a month behind schedule. My app was going to be exclusive to Shopify, but seeing how long this is taking—and hoping it ever gets approved—I’m already considering other alternatives. I see a lack of attention, and it frustrates me. I’m also upset by the neglect of customers who have trusted Shopify for so long and who, thanks to the affiliate program, have brought in as many customers as my company has. I sincerely hope that someone on the staff will try to retain the people who want to contribute to Shopify.

There is currently a high number of submissions so delays are expected.
