Email - order confirmation dont use new template

Hi,
We did change the Email - order confirmation template, and when I do send an order confirmation email to a customer, it uses the new correct template.
But while the store owner clicks on the same button, it uses the old / original template, except if we go into settings - and send a test email. Then it uses the new template.

But the next day she had new orders to confirm, and it did use the old template again, so where is it cached?

I did check with the store owner so it was ok, the store myshopify URL is:
864940-06.myshopify.com

We noticed it and tested a bit, so order #1239 i did send out the order notification, and that one used the template. So we thought it was fixed, then the storeowner checked a few days later and when she sends out it still has wrong color on buttons and shows SHOP button

Its no huge problem, its just very frustrating to not be able to fix or answer why it dont use the new template we did change.
