Is there something we need to activate?
I have just deployed a new payment customisation extension but when I get to my dev store at this url: https://admin.shopify.com/store/xxxxx/settings/payments/customizations
I see this :

The dev store is definitely on the plus plan.

I’ve looked into this a bit and have not been able to replicate this error. Can I ask you to do the following troubleshooting and provide us with more context to look into this further if the issue is still occurring.
- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
- Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don’t support every browser, but we do support these ones.)
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
- Try on the Shopify Mobile app; this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.
- Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
- Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.
If the issue continues after this local troubleshooting, please provide us with the shop’s .myshopify.com url and the name of the app installed on the store with the Payment Customization Function, and we can help look into this further.

Clearing cache and rebooting chrome seem to worked for me.
