Hi everyone, I really need some help because I’m stuck in a loop between Shopify Support and Meta Support regarding the official Facebook & Instagram Sales Channel app.
The Issue: My Meta Pixel is connected in the App settings, but it is not firing on the website.

Meta Pixel Helper: Shows “No pixel found”.

Events Manager: Shows Server-Side events (CAPI) are working correctly (e.g., “TestEvent” via API is green/active), but Browser events are completely dead (yellow/no activity).
What Support Teams said:

Meta Support: They checked and confirmed that the Pixel base code is missing from the website theme. They told me they cannot inject it themselves and that I need to contact Shopify or a developer to “put the code in”.

Shopify Support: They told me that since it’s the Facebook Channel App, I should contact Meta or ask the developer community.
My Question: I am using the official integration (standard setup), so the code should be injected automatically, but it’s not happening. Since Support isn’t helping, how can I manually fix this? Is there a specific snippet I need to add to my theme.liquid file to make the Pixel fire on the browser side without breaking the Server-Side API connection?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
