I noticed WebPixel fails to load when using FireFox incognito browser, is this a bug and if so what is the solution? Thanks

This does not look like a widespread issue. However, private browsing might require explicit consent approval for web pixels to load (consent banner), or blocking cookies might prevent web pixels from loading.

Our WebPixel app is configured to always run (No cookie consent required).
We tested and found that the WebPixel app does not work in FireFox incognito browser and Safari devices on your new OS.
I searched Shopify’s documentation and there is no relevant documentation.
Is Shopify team aware of this and have any specific instructions, thank you
Can you provide a store with your app installed?
If you can’t, I’d highly suggest contacting support as Web Pixels are supported on Firefox and it’s not a known issue.
It’s possible that older versions of FireFox are supported, but I’ve tested all other apps that use WebPixel and they all fail if opened in incognito FireFox. I don’t think this is unique to our app.
