False App Ratings

Hi all,
How do we request a App rating be removed - I have tried to locate an email or a link - but the link in the partner support in partner dashboard redirects to an incorrect page.
A merchant has given us a 1 star but no feedback, comments - never used our App.

You can have live chat support using the widget on the page. But it is unlikely to have the review removed.

Let me know if this link doesn’t work for you and I’ll see if we can get a report escalated for you. I can’t guarantee any reporting outcomes here on the forums, but hope this helps!

That link takes you to a form to report an issue with a partner. Not what I’m after.

Thanks for clarifying @Warrin_van_Deventer - the wording there in the help docs is definitely a bit ambiguous given where it redirects you to for sure.

For this specific issue, I’d recommend reaching out directly to Partner Support through help.shopify.com if you haven’t already, as they should have the direct channels for app review concerns. If you’ve already tried that route or need me to dig into this further, just ping me here and I’ll see what else I can find out.

No worries @Warrin_van_Deventer - I’m going to pass along some feedback to our team to see if we can make that wording more clear in the help center/to also see if we can create another method for self-service reporting for reviews like the one you’re seeing in this scenario here.
