First of all, thank you for continuing to invest in the dev portal and making it better.

Feedback on current UX:
With the recent changes,

  1. clicking on a store name shows details
  2. And to log into the store, you have to click on the 3 dots and then click log in

99% of the time when we search a store , its to log in to help. So I would prefer if instead

  1. Clicking on store name/cell logged you in
  2. and clicking on the 3 dots, showed the option to See Details

Agreed, loving most of the dev dashboard updates, but this was a terrible change

Agreed, here are adjacent requests

  • Light mode option please?
  • Apps vs Stores actions
    • As noted in this post, keep in mind how Stores are managed vs Apps.
    • Log in to Store is main action.
    • If keeping current row behaviour - Add ‘Login’ button to left of Settings 3 dots button.
  • Device assumption - If user is primarily using desktop
    • Another +1 for per store login buttons / prominent action
    • Another +1 for light mode option
  • Search vs Table Filters
  • Access removed listings
    • Ideally keep store listing accessible - Especially if Parter created store.
    • Show Last Accessed date - Especially if we’re blocked from viewing store listing.
  • Prominence of ‘Delete Store’
    • If row actions are unchanged - Avoid miss clicking - Move to Store listing page instead

One more to add the list

  • Show a store’s .myshopify.com
    • I like to search a store by their brand name, but i need their .myshopify.com URL, so that i can request collaborator access request . Rquests need the .myshopify domain
