Is it possible to save on the home page for the logo tag H1, and for all other pages make H1 for other objects, for example, for the product page - H1 for product name, for the collection page - the name of the collection, etc.?

I’m not sure I’m fully following you here, do you want for all pages other than the home page, the H1 not be the logo? If so, you should be able to set up that logic in the theme code, but you’ll need to test to sure you’re not breaking accessibility standards for people using screen readers, or other tools.
