On Horizon theme version 3.0.1, collection page filters do not update product images to show the correct variant image. When a filter is applied (e.g. selecting a colour), the collection continues to display the default product image instead of switching to the variant image that matches the filter selection.
Reproduction steps
Update to Horizon theme version 3.0.1 (latest).
Create a product with multiple variants, each having its own image (e.g. different material).
Assign product option filters to the collection page (e.g. material filter).
Navigate to the collection page.
Apply a filter to show one variant option (e.g. select “gold”).

I’ve noticed that the Horizon theme still has an issue with collection page filters and variant images.
When a shopper selects a filter for a product option (e.g. a colour), the collection page continues to display the default product image rather than switching to the variant image that matches the selected option.
For example, if a customer filters for “green”, Dawn correctly updates the grid to show all the green variants. On Horizon (currently using version 3.0.1), it only shows the default images, so shoppers have to click into each product to see the correct variant.
I saw an older thread mentioning this was resolved in Horizon 1.0.5, but in my testing on version 3.0.1 the issue is still present. I also had the same problem when running version 3.0.0.
Could anyone confirm if this is still an open bug, or if there is a workaround or code fix available to ensure collection filters display the correct variant image?
