We’ve received multiple tickets this morning from merchants of App failed to load. We cannot reproduce on our own device. Is there any issue we should be aware of?
@derrick Can you provide more details like a shopId and if it’s persistent? ie can they get out of that state or are they stuck?
We also sometime receive report about this issue, some of following pulled from our investigations:
- The staff account does not have POS access.
- The device connection issue
