Consistent "App failed to load" issues

Hi all,

We’re receiving number of reports of “App failed to load” on our tile.

We have been able to replicate this, but it seems to happen randomly. For example, allowing the POS ipad to go to sleep, and then re-opening the POS app will sometimes trigger the “App failed to load”. It also seems to happen first thing in the morning when merchants first open the POS app for the day.

We also generated a brand new extension with no changes, and the issue is present on a brand new extension too. We have also tested on multiple devices. It does seem to be more consistent on older devices.

Also, logging out of a POS account, and then logging back into the same account again seems to trigger the issue every time.

Force closing the Shopify POS app and re-opening seems to temporarily fix the issue.

In addition to the above, it would be extremely helpful if we were able to log or inspect a tile when it is in the “App failed to load” state.
