Hi POS team,
We’ve been receiving reports from merchants that when signing in to Shopify POS, app tiles are not loading. However, force closing and re-opening the Shopify POS app seems to resolve the issue. We have tested this and have been able to replicate the issue. We have included a screenshot and screen recording below:

Screen recording (our app is in the top left corner) - you’ll notice that on first sign in, the app / tile does not load (is greyed out / disabled, with a “loading” text). But upon force closing the Shopify POS app and reopening, it loads straight away:
We have also checked this with other POS apps, and the issue seems to be widespread.
